Agree with all your posts guys!

One thing though, and we prob all don't want to hear it:

Rather than delay caused by expansion of capacaity, perhaps delay is due to issues they've had when they went to full commissioning and no one has had the ball to announce this?

I would prefer that they've delayed so they can increase capacity, but you would think they would announce this (particularly in the most recent preso which stated pour due in April).

This leads me to believe that something has happend since that last ann which is out of their control (i.e. problems with commissioning).

Hoping I'm wrong and ann is out next week.
