No one here could reasonably answer that question for you because none of us know. Caution - you may be getting advise from someone with 1000 shares and there SDL holding is 1% of their portfolio OR someone with 2m shares representing 100% - you just dont know - and 99% of posters here have been wrong the last few months even the Technical guys.
Everyone has to look at their own exposures and risk profile, my advice if you want to average down is to pick various levels and buy smaller parcels at each level ie) 0.33, 0.30, 0.28. You have to be pretty lucky to pick the exact bottom.
