if your confidence is that far up there (within 6 weeks)
they have either
1 sewn it up and are just clarifying details
2 they have the interested parties on a lets say 15-20th of june deadline
3 there still hoping
if the deal drags out SDL will get screwed

option 1 is preferred
if option 2 is in the works
i'd would think management would have a promise of walking through rio's front door with a gift
option3 has been mentioned today that quality management would understand the consequences of such a false statement

ps. if it's option 1 they could have put out an anouncement that was a little more substantial - as today was my free drink @ the $ party
