Mate that's a super powerful Google Earth you have there to get that sort of zoom clarity....LOL.

"Maybe" if GC would entertain the Asian-looking man and get him stand up and shake his hands and walk around the tenements, and let him feel (or assure him) that he's part of the whole thing - THEN "Maybe" the SP starts to move UP.

That's my humorous sense of your Google Earth Vision my friend.
