Management seems to be all over the shop with this irresponsible cash burn ,with shareholders holding the can.It was a problem as they raised more cash with the majority of management selling into the recent c/r and even with the book, short $22 million in the raise there's no change , three months later. Shareholders IMO would be better served if they halved the cash burn by going after the main areas of this new opening market in the States instead of this land grab which has left the balance sheet of PBL in dire straits, with this blue sky approach and the shareprice falling over the last 18 months..
