SDL price will come off just like BMN's did a few days after the offer. The most eager buyers jump into the stock as soon as they read of the takeover offer (just like BMN did) resulting in share price opening at the top then gradually buyers get sold into and sellers start moving down the bid line as each bid line is exhausted.
