Tibbs - agree completely
Looks like someone wanted it down badly on the close. They sold 107345 shares @ 42c instead of selling 107343 @ 42.5c
They paid over $500 for the privilege of selling 2 shares extra. If thats not capping and manipulation I dont know what is.
