Why do they bother making such a highly conditional proposal? Sounds to me this is just to gauge the market/board opinions/desperations to take advantage of the negative conditions surrounding post fukushima drama.
On the other hand this company is showing signs of the attempts at BRM/FRS in one swoop.
SDL market is not factoring in a counter bid so maybe they will focus on the completion of that deal first.
Why do they bother making such a highly conditional proposal?...
