I think you are on the money with the toilet paper and hand sanitiser call! Those shortages are an absolute manifestation of irrational fear and once they are back to normal demand levels then the stock market will probably be about right to re-enter.
CCP looked the goods at $28 and I was kicking myself that I didn't buy when they then hit $37 but now with current prices and volatility I'll probably find some will end in my portfolio fairly soon. At these prices their prospective dividend yield will be over 3% which seems cheap for something that could get some great growth out of the Corona virus kerfuffle.
