At an SP in the high $30s recently, CCP was over valued, so some retreat could have been expected. Consequently, in the current general crash of ASX listed stocks, that CCP crashed more than usual is not surprising. It is the possibility of fraud, management mendacity, litigation and investigations-cum-determinations by the likes of AFCA that interest me. It is easy to find positive information on CCP, most of it created by CCP, so even if it is true, it is not balanced.

I have enough on CCp's positives, and I would like to know the negative side better, but it is not easy to find anything credible. Consequently, I am pleased that you have revisited the matter of CCP being investigated by AFCA, because it gives me an opportunity to once again ask you to provided a precise link that I can use to verify what you said on the investigation – see my request 41768782.

Pointing to AFCA's webpage is insufficient, because it does not handle searches well, which makes using a Ctl F search useless. I understand that AFCA was going to detail all its determinations from 1 October 2019, but I could find no determinations on AFCA's webpage (have there been any?). A negative AFCA determination would be material news, and CCP would have been obliged to make an Announcement. Further, had there been a negative determination, the media would have been onto it like a pack of wolves.

Googling "CCP and either “AFCA” or “ASIC” also did not locate anything useful. Both AFCA and ASIC uses the CCP acronym to mean various things, like: central counterparties (some derivative-related terminology); Credit Card Protection (an insurance product); and Complaint Contact Person (in relation to customer complaints). Googling a name “Credit Corporation” throws up heaps of information on credit, but rarely anything novel on CCP as a business.
