Panthera fined for being too aggressive pursuing debts carelessly (pursuing collections from the wrong individual) – see disallowed/national/debt-collector-...peated-intrusive-conduct-20200317-p54axp.html.

My view on the debt-collection sector is that generally-speaking, it tends to attract the wrong people into the business. I would expect a similar bias applies to pimps and tattooists. Panthera, CLH and PNC have all fallen on their own swords, and this can only be to CCP's benefit in Australasia, and I suspect something similar applies to the USA, which is why I think CCP is going to do well there.

Of course, I may be too one-eyed about CCP, but as much as I have scoured for information (including AFCA's website) to suggest its management are tarred with the same brush, I have not found anything, The prolific poster usc75 has for months being talking about an AFCA investigation of CCP, but in spite of asking him three or more times for a specific-to-CCP link to the information on which he bases his opinion, he has never done so. Could anybody else provide me with a link to negative-to-CCP information?
