Hi Jay dog that is a very simplistic view of how this works but i don't think we will have a sharp rise in the future but hopefully a steady climb over the next couple of years back up to the highs prior to this crisis. Management are being proactive and smart with this capital raise by keeping a good balance sheet in order to capitalise on possible purchasing opportunities that may arise from this.
But yes this is a poverty stock that profits through a decline in some aspects of the economy but not so bad that they can't recover these debts.
