Fair enough as a buy-price strategy. As a sell price, an investor would normally not sell below valuation, and in your case that would be $14/.7 = $20 to $14/.6 = $23.33
23.33, and that is a fair-enough valuation. When a trader might sell is difficult to know, because a trader may sell very cheaply if a perceived better trade is in the offing.
