    Unless my mmeory fails me, there was a CFO that walked out a couple of years back for "personal reasons". Maybe he knew the writing was on the wall?

    Unless they are a complete basket case, there is always the chance that a takeover may be in the wings to prevent a total write off in the sp. Wishful thinking maybe?
