    Rae ,

I'm thinking about this statement/thread title you made; " Why is SLR being sold off".

I think its hard to know if its being sold off as against ' moved down/around' by interested parties-note Van Eck is continually increasing its holdings!

Obviously shares are changing hands...personally I parted with a third of my holding in the mid 40's a while back-just needed some quick money and this was the easiest way to obtain it-nothing to do with how I perceive the company's future or current value.Matter of fact I intend to buy back in when circumstance permits ( I just pumped a lot of money into another stock I hold a lot of (bml) which I feel will double before SLR will hit @70c).

To repeat the cliché; its a 'no brainer' imo @ current prices...see cashmans rationale and a pe @ 4 !!!...and toss in management that were ' on the nose' have retired!!!...Oh,and don't forget the de-risking the hedging brings to the table!...

...and to Keep the SP in a tight trading band @ current movements will certainly suit big traders imo!
