    correction :You go business with your plumber, you promise your plumber 25% share of businesss based on his pipes and gave him 3 KPIs
    He choked on his first KPI, now you gone beserk, you gave him notice to perform or lose his stake in the business. and so you lose too because no pipes and you have to rethink your business
