My instincts- seldom more than 50% wrong- says that this company will deliver soon. Many facets to cover all of which affect each other.
There are things going on behind the scenes that we don't know about of course so let's just wait it out.
If you only have a certain amount of money then you would have it in, say PLS. If you are able to spread then the LT investor would have a position in TNG which has a bigger NPV waiting to be unlocked.
