That is the same as what I feel after I went back China last month. New baby boom is coming out, my friend is going to have his baby in Sep. so I brought him 2 can of A2 stage 1 as gift. And I watched news in China local TV, it was saying the 'two children policy' has now started to bring up all the related business (the new policy was issued out start of this year, so now we can feel the first wave of it). As a result we could see the recent increased demand of stage 1 and 2.
Personally I won't expect newborn baby number doubled in one day, but an initial 30%-40% increase will be certain from what I can see. And more and more young couples will have two kids as their new 'family standard', just the same like multiple apartments (condos) and cars owned which have already become the standard.
