why is Tassal so cheap? what am I missing?

I'm a big supporter of Tassal but stress testing my thesis.

great dividend return
they have invested capital fir growth so low return on capital atm
decent management team

negatives are their debt position, low rates of return and the biggest one is that they have zero pricing power and are a price taker.

what do you all see as the positives and negatives of this business

I'm hoping that returns increase significantly with prawn growth in the next few years plus its food and we all have to eat. so I see it as a good longer term prospect.
