I agree with all what you said....as you say the credit recovery system can only target certain avenues so the main portion of the default debt is borne by those that do pay so we pay higher interest rates to cover the defaulters .
Governments like the credit legislation abandonment because every dollar that spins in and out gives them taxes and portrays a booming economy which they brag about even though its ponzi in nature.
