it almost seems like you feel some form remorse for this individual? They crossed the line taking an innocent little
girl. I am a father with girls, this scares the hell out of me. It does gripe me this has turned into a race thing and abc blurred their face. Race has nothing to do with this, it’s a deranged individual.

I think you’re right he/she/they will most likely end up in a mental institution. My view is they’ve crossed that line even if they didn’t physically assault that girl. They should no longer be in the community, as their is a risk to harm to others and ruining lives. It’s a time bomb in my view.
