He may very well work as an analyst in the industry, however analyst is a pretty broad term given to somebody who could be simply downloading historical data from the ASX to making recommendations to CIO's about investment decisions.
Looking at Stefan posts, I'd suggest he is probably a few years out of uni, still learning the ropes. I spend a lot of time talking with analysts, and let me tell you there a lot you wouldn't take a recommendation of what to eat for breakfast from.
I'm judging Stefan posts based on the quality of the content, that goes for everyone.
