Our Australian dollar is up very high, so in fact that has increased the value of our market in some ways as the US dollar has weakened.
Currency has to come into the equation, but I know what you mean! We just have to remember that a lot of the action in share buying in the ASX200 comes from overseas buyers, and to them we are now expensive!
So, the ASX200/ All ords may not be moving well, but our specs are having a good time as that buying is more from within Australia. (all just imo)
