Understand that. My point is there might be some products they seek an exclusive agreement for a period of time - 1 to 2 years - whilst other XPE products will be non-exclusive. I have seen this happen in the mining and oil industry with upcoming IP. I am wondering at the delay and given XPE is negotiating with 2 separate entities you wouldn't want these negotiations to fall over (and therefore have to start again). With T we already have a 3rd chippie in effect across part of the XPE product chain (under non-exclusivity provisions). It is a leftfield comment to think about around the delays - know some products are been tested so understand the first mover status (but how it is entrenched is to keep it out of the hands of competitors as long as possible for them, but for XPE we want those products to be available to all ASAP).
