There is actually one that i was looking at, and i feel it really is a threat to xpeds adrc, it's called (thington) from a company in the us.
It's very similar to what adrc can do (its a remote that can auto detect and add any appliances to its app within the one interface Just Like ADRC), but it doesn't require chips installed in the appliances that it tries to connect to, there's also no need for a hub, and it connects through the internet via cloud. (It's also well accepted and already has the backing from several large iot industry players, just like XPED)

Pretty serious stuff, i was going to post it on here and ask for some opinions from more tech savvy investors anyway, but since you've mentioned this ill reply it here.
Well be great if anyone can give some feedback on this, its called (thington). Serious stuff.
