Having been here since last year so entered at prices significantly below where we are at, so I am confident the MOUs will translate to agreements soon. It is the way the agreements are struck that I am putting out here. XPE is still a small company MC wise (if the chippies are say entities such as Intel, GE and others quoted here by others) so whilst having some power because it holds the patents and IP those giants will seek to squeeze the best deal for themselves. After this first deal is struck I would say XPE would have significantly more bargaining power in other negotiations, but it needs to strike its agreements when the iron is hot so other competitors to XPE don't catch up. That is the balancing act here in striking your first significant chippie agreement with one of the majors. All IMO IMO
