The market vehemently disagrees with you!!! the future of the US infrastructure boom is very robust, (primarily because US haven't invested in this sector since WW2), fundamentally the US HAS TO INVEST because all their bridges etc are falling down.....the Australian governments are bankrupt due to rampant covid spending, Australia is on the tail end of a massive property boom,
The US assets that were sold were resistant to economic downturns and had long term growth prospects......fair to say the 'Boy Wonder' Ryan Stokes has stuffed up big time. what is worse is Stokes borrowed too much money, paid too much for Boral so Svw will be a forced seller in the very near term!! In the mean time we will continue to suffer!!
