This could certainly be true and the JORC always appeared to be tightly time- constrained . Another possible motive for early JORC is managements attempt to address the SP slide and if nothing else provide the base and climate for a growing SP which in itself gains the attention of prospective TO parties . Either way it’s just a matter of time and how much : 2,3,6,24 mths ... price ? Well I am still at what mgmt have valued and that is 50c+. If you accept the wait and don’t panic sell then I can’t see it going for less than 50c unless we have a hostile TO and I don’t see that happening can anyone else ? If so I’d be keen to learn how .
Meanwhile I really feel for any losers in the sell off and especially those who will never re-enter out of fear. Investing in venture stock s really is high risk .
