    I remember it well most of the gas and Oil wasn't coming out of the ground & a lot of the Oil was being used to grease legal palms, a very unnecessary exercise that ended in the deposing of that board & the directors along with its favored chair person of that board a big waste of time & money that still today leaves a very sour taste in everyone's mouth,whats that song I can faintly hear (Always look on the bright side of life)
