    Interesting bit of double counting on slide 4 regarding Top shareholders.
    If one discounts Phil Garret's holding of 6.6%. It leaves the remainder members of the board and management with a 1.4% holding of shares which equates to 1,433,670 shares.
    I presume Phil Garrett is still a board member.

    Please correct me if I am incorrect in my assumptions.

    But I am looking at it incorrectly I suppose.
