Because management and board are not the gurus that everyone assumed they were. rRL have been overvalued for a long time. Should have raised capital a long time ago to shore up balance shyer. I suggested at the time that $$$ should be raised at the time of the water issue. Expect a cap raising soon. In 2012 RRL spent $150m purchasing Mc Phillamys which at the time I thought was very expensive due to low grade and mainly inferred resource with significant $$$ to spend to prove up. Now the quarterly states it is uneconomic at present gold prices and no further work UFN. Heads will roll? Doubt it.
