Yes agree, the very low PE is pretty much a marker of sentiment on the stock in this case. Ive held since it was well over $3 bucks and into the 4's. Ive watched the management team slowly turn the Titanic. Its starting to look more and more like the QE II now. After 5 years of hell it also looks like the market is turning to bull phase. I reckon this one will make you tidy cash in the coming year or 2 if you have had the balls to stick with it and average down or are willing to jump in around 45-50c mark. It could easily crack a buck based on PE alone.
