Why is the Piedmont Lithium (ASX:PLL) share price struggling of late?, page-42

I remember reading something along the lines of Piedmont expecting the process of obtaining the State Mining License to take 6 to 9 months from submission, which occurred on 30/08/2021. So between February and May 2022. As for the various other permits, they may intend to apply for those concurrently however, I am sure they have stated that they don't intend to apply for re-zoning with the County until after the State Mining permit/license has been obtained - so I do not seeing it tie up in a nice little bow where all permits are approved at the same time. I think mid 2022 is a fair guess to put the issue of obtaining the permits in the past tense - but who knows for sure as it is Government after all, and we are still at the mercy of Covid.
