They are fully funded for all operations this year, the CR would have been cheaper than taking out a loan and the price is usually a little bit cheaper than the current price at the time to encourage the purchase of all on offer, it just seems to have lost a bit of steam. Lower volume would allow it to move either up or down relatively fast. I still remember hearing about this stock and having to hit the refresh button to keep up with the rising price. That was not that long ago. I bought a small holding in this stock when it was rising very fast then watched to grow a little, now to have it back as much as it was up. Probably a good time for accumulation. This company has alot going for it but it is just going to take time, I believe. I believe management it doing a very good job at keeping us holders up to date, with some very informative videos on their website. DYOR & GLTA
