why is the price of lei falling

    Could someone please enlighten me?
    The fundamentals look good and they are expecting an increase in earnings of at least 30%.
    Also LEI appears to have won quite a few contracts recently and plenty have analyst have buy recommendations.
    So I am trying to understand why the share price keeps declining
