    Can someone please give me a logical explanation why the share price is going down??!!

    Over the past 2 days the following announcements have been made:

    * Flow rates from Eagle Ford wells
    * Debt funding agreement finalised
    * Farm-in partner AQO gets takeover bid and share price increases 40%

    What am I missing here?? What sort of news will get the share price moving??
