    These things take time. The previous MD was a dinosaur, didn't understand technology or the current world. Hence WBB has slowly fallen behind the pack. New CEO has a job to do getting things up to date, which I imagine will also cost $$. But I am also quite certain there is a low of fat in WBB with regard to admin staff numbers
