No reason except that TAS is a fundamental bargain right now! As one example among many lately, look at DGR, two IPO spinoffs coming up and the sp was so low. Suddenly everyone jumped on board and the sp has doubled in a few weeks.
As long as EDE sp holds up, TAS is a raving bargain. I have several HINs for the Fission spinoff. Because TAS is smart enough to retain a decent stake in Fission, TAS's sp should be supported fine medium-term.
For a comparison though look at SAU's recent spinoff of SNU. Even though SAU retained 39% of SNU, its sp has taken a real beating post-SNU listing to the point that SAU's EV is only $2.5M or so which is just ridiculous for the quality of SAU and its many quality exploration targets........the market is certainly not rational......SAU is a raving bargain ATM as well IMHO.
