I am quite surprised too see this stock trading on value higher...

    I am quite surprised too see this stock trading on value higher than the current price of $3.40 offered by KKR.

    If the deal goes ahead, the maximum any stockholder will get is $3.40. Then why would someone be paying anything above that today in an open market?

    Can someone please help me understand?
