The answer to the subject heading is of course simple.
Manipulators (as boilers calls them "those demons") have engineered the Share Price. They have engineered it when it went up and they have engineered it through the so called "dump. What is good though, is that the "dump" has occurred on minimal volume of shares. Just a handful of, mainly, constantly CHURNED shares. This being the case, it is therefore not really a "dump", as some would have you believe.
Because of these games, the current share price is therefore meaningless - it will sort itself out in due course. Depending on ongoing achievements, the share price by 2017 or before could end up being 0.001 cents or it could end being much much higher - 20cents? 50cents? $1.00? $1.22? $3.26? - who knows?
The fact is that the current share price is not important. Fundamental are! Fundamentals are excellent - IMO.
