VCX has some debt but pretty comfortable. If you look back over price history there's plenty of spikes (and retraces) like this. I was topping up on the dips but no more appetite. Very happy to hold at this level and pocket decent dividends and hopefully a gentle rise back to $2 as foot traffic recovers but haven't bought for a little while now.
I'd expect a bit more excitement again once shopping centres are full at Christmas and the dividend is on the horizon.
