Have got to love the way the management has brought AEU back from the brink. However with the relatively stable income profile and the fact that they still trade at a large discount to NTA, still puzzled that a management team that has been literally ontop of all the major issues has not even considered a dividend reinvestment plan??
Would be great for us owners to be able to compound our income stream at a discount to book (and with no brokerage costs) - still can't understand why this has not been instituted??
Anyone shed some light or spoken to the company on this matter?
