Earnings per share for the half year ending:
30/6/05 0.5cents
31/12/05 0.3 cents
30/6/06 0.5 cents
31/12/06 0.4 cents
The earnings growth has been stagnant.
Whilst the profit have been increasing, WEB must have issued more shares, causing their EPS to be flat.
At 32 cent share price, the price earnings ratio is 32, which is high.
No dividends being paid.
What is positive is they have $25M in the bank for expansion/takover and no debt; should see no more shares issued.
In brief, their growth is not large enough to support their high PE ratio.
March 2007 quarter results were better, 10% better than the previous best quarter but 10% is not that much.
