The refugee accommodation issue is politically sensitive.
Most people, including journalists and politicians conflate refugees with illegal immigrants and use the term interchangeably. Then there are the family reunion visa classes that add even more to the perception of a lack of concern for the historical composition of the population. The low birth rate in anglo-saxon and celtic populations compared to non-anglo saxon or celtic peoples feeds into this.
The incoming UK Labour government now shoulders the burden of managing all this. With the Rwanda scheme off the table and France unco-operative in accepting illegal immigrants back from UK, or assisting in stopping boats from France to UK, Labour will be stuck with this type of solution. They maybe inclined to lean on their allies in BBC and other media to present the issues in a positive light.
The Bibby Stockholm might perhaps be renamed to assist this repositioning in the public mind.

Changing the colour scheme might also help. as the grey and red looks very institutional compared to some of the others.
