Not paying contractors is the worst thing a developer can do and CEG would do everything it power to pay them.
That they havent payed them is not good. Thats a understatement.
NOW Can anyone tell me whats the ST debt as of today and what are the book assets. It was 300 million of debt. They have payed some of this down !! Whats left !!
Borbidge leaving is also a bad sign in this environment.
I still wouldnt touch this with a barge pole.
Not until their financial position is clearer.
