Why is this project better than our neighbours?

Can someone provide me with a list of reasons why TMT is more likely to turn into an actual project over our neighbour? Genuine question. Based on market cap alone it would seem that people are rating our neighbours chance of success as significantly higher than TMT's (even after the neighbours BFS...). However, things can change quickly.
