Because I feel I've been mislead by coy representations in terms of timeframes.

I see much more realistic opportunities elsewhere from this point. If AVM can't keep it going with what they have and if TGS falls by the way side so will MWE. The DRC Govt have dropped the taxes in a hope of getting a few projects going but even they have admitted they will change this back asap without notice. Can't see it helping their cause for project funding.

In terms of yet another capital raising or private placement I'd be surprised if anyone but the directors were willing to put more into it. Existing holders may revisit in +12months if Cu moves back to +$1.70/lb.

Will continue to hold some as pocket change left now.
