    I think that the 1 week timeframe for a final response by BARDA is up tomorrow morning oz time. on 30 April they said:

    'The Company has been advised by BARDA that the final decision regarding the outcome of the IPR should be forthcoming within the next week.'

    fingers crossed for all long terms holders.
