why is this stock collapsing?

I'm not an expert on the coal market but it seems to be an in-demand product so...what is the fundamental reason this stock is collapsing?

There can only be one or more of several reasons:

- Volumes not believed (just increased)
- Projects considered to be not economic
- Political risk in South Africa
- Coal quality poor (see economic point above)
- Funding issues
- Company poorly managed
- Other?

Anybody got an opinion?
