Director's Shareholding

Medusa Mining Limited ("Medusa" or "the Company") was informed on 3 June 2010 that Geoffrey Davis, Managing Director, had sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at an average price of A$4.54 on 1 June 2010. The funds are to be used to settle some long standing and recent real estate commitments.

Following the sale of shares as described above Mr Davis' total beneficial ownership in the Company is 5,052,750 ordinary shares of no par value, which represents approximately 2.69 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company."
